Highly recommend the Heritage Cleaver. It is my go-to knife for nearly everything. So sharp, beautiful Damascus blade, cuts so easily, and is perfect for use on any food. My favorite knife by far. If you're unsure which knife to buy, the Cleaver is absolutely the best!
