Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ginsu Katana. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return your products for a full refund. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Return Policy

To initiate a return, please use our return portal.

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return for a refund to your original payment method. You have 60 days to request a return for shop credit.  

  • If you purchased Redo at checkout, your return shipping costs will be covered. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging to be returned. 

  • Digital downloads cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Discount codes cannot be stacked with any other sale, discount or subscription order. 

Issues with a lost/damaged/stolen package? Please reach out to us at support@ginsukatana.com If you purchased Redo at check out with your order, rest assured you have package protection.

Conditions for Returns

For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
